about your host
Hi, I’m Holly!
I’ve spent over a decade studying yoga philosophy, anatomy, neuroscience and therapeutic yoga approaches.
I like to think that I specialise in evidence-based yoga for stress resilience, helping people understand how yoga can support the nervous system, emotional wellbeing and long-term health.
I am also the lead trainer of the Yoga Hero 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training, and I’ve trained hundreds of yoga teachers.
Through the All of Yoga podcast, I’ll share insights from:
• yoga philosophy
• modern neuroscience
• breathing science
• and years of teaching experience.
And I hope you find them and useful and life-improving as I have.
