In short, I can confidently say the 200hr vinyasa training changed my life.
As a chronic perfectionist, I'd always had a love/hate relationship with yoga. On one hand, it was my saviour at times when my anxiety was at its worst, but on the other hand I would berate myself if I couldn't do a pose 'properly'...whatever that even means. It's because of this I put off teacher training for the longest time, but within the first couple of hours of the course I knew I was exactly where I needed to be at exactly the right time.
The way the course made what felt like complex philosophy so relevant to everyday life so it was easy to relate with was amazing. It totally transformed how I view yoga and how I now teach it. And speaking of teaching: the sheer amount of practical teaching experience you get (literally from day two!) is awesome. Terrifying at first, yes, but when you reach the end you've already taught countless classes, so the confidence is there to go out and teach in the real world straight away - which many of my coursemates and I have done.
If you're thinking about doing this course honestly just go for it. I can't recommend enough and just wish I could do it for the first time all over again.

the neuroscience of stress and yoga
Stress isn’t just a feeling - it’s a full-body physiological response. Chronic activation of the stress system can affect sleep, digestion, focus and mood.
Through this training, you’ll explore how yoga supports recovery and resilience by working directly with the nervous system, including how the breath calms the amygdala (part of the fear detection network) and strengthens the prefrontal cortex (responsible for rational and calm thinking).
We’ll also deeply explore how mindful movement and interoception (the awareness of internal sensations) help release stored tension in the mind and body, and of course, how yoga calms the stress responses - with evidence.
By the end of this training, you won’t just know how to teach yoga — you’ll understand why yoga works to improve mental and physical wellbeing.

“A huge thank you for helping me find my direction in life, for believing in me and encouraging me along the way.
I can’t wait to learn more and at 55 I had given up on my dreams as I simply thought it was too late for me, you are never too old to follow your dreams, self doubt held me back but yoga hero helped me to believe in myself, for that I’ll be truly thankful.”

“I cannot imagine that there is a better Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training course in the country. When I started the course, I felt like someone who does yoga. Now, after the course, I feel like someone who teaches yoga.
The teaching team have been so good. They are full of knowledge and there wasn't a single time that I did not trust what they were teaching me.
There were so many things that I loved about the course: the breakdown of the days learning into easy to digest chunks, the opportunity to teach and build classes right from the beginning, which helped to build confidence and self-belief, the in-depth discussions we had during the philosophy sections of the training, the good humour and laughs that we shared, and most of all, the fantastic set of people I shared it with.”

meet your teacher
Hi, I’m Holly!
I’ve been teaching on yoga teacher trainings since 2018, and in that time, I have learnt, experienced and studied how someone not only takes in the information required to teach a safe and beneficial yoga class, but also what it takes to give someone the self-belief that they can do it.
Spoiler alert: The self belief that you can teach yoga, comes from teaching yoga. That’s why, on our training, you teach from Day 2! Yes, really. It’s flipping nerve-wracking, but by the end of the training, you’ll thank me.
I’m more than happy to be a cheerleader, standing on the side lines shouting ‘you can do this!’, but you're knowing that you can comes from the doing.
Aside from that, I absolutely love to share evidence-based research as to why yoga is powerful helping us with so many things, including managing stress and anxiety, overcoming pain including chronic pain, improving the connection with our bodies and so, so much more.
In short, teaching yoga teacher trainings is a joy, I absolutely love every moment, I love to see the bonds forming between the group, I love seeing people break down barriers of ‘I can’t…’ that have been built up over their lives. I love it all, and I hope you will, too!

Three live online training blocks. One immersive week together. 200 hours that take you from committed yoga practitioner to qualified yoga teacher.
“I cannot recommend the 200hr Teacher Training Course enough and it completely excelled all of my expectations.
Having embarked on the course to further my own knowledge of the practice of yoga rather than to qualify as a teacher I was slightly nervous I would be out of my depth. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The course is perfect for anyone wanting to teach now, in the future or just to deepen their own yoga practice and understanding.
I’ve learnt so much, made friends for life and been lucky enough to watch them become wonderful yoga teachers. I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone with a passion for yoga!”
