In this gorgeous class, we begin with a short grounding practice to help you shift out of a non-stop day and relax into the class.
We’ll then move through a steady sequence of poses designed to release built-up tension, improve mobility and help you feel more comfortable in your body, with particular attention to common areas of tightness such as the hips, shoulders, neck and back.
The class includes a mix of flowing movement, strengthening poses, breathing practices and a short relaxation, leaving you feeling clearer, lighter and reset for the evening ahead.

Hi! I’m Holly, and I will be your teacher for our Yoga for Stress Relief course. I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years now (I can’t quite believe I’m saying that!), and don’t know what I’d do without it.
For the past 15 years I have been teaching yoga, early classes were high energy with tons of challenging poses, but as I’ve got older, I’m really enjoying focusing on releasing tension, building strength sensibly and - above all - managing the demands of modern life, and that combination is what I hope to bring to you.
You can expect some insight into the stress responses and how to manage them, some physical challenge and deep relaxation. I can’t wait to work with you!
