This workshop blends accessible nervous system education, yummy mindful movement and deep rest to help you understand your back pain.
We'll start by talking about the nervous system, and how stress can affect pain (and how pain can create stress), before looking at practical, simple nervous system reset techniques.
Then, we'll move into a yummy calming, back-health focused slow flow, taking the time to nourish the back, as well as the breath and the mind.
We'll finish with one of Holly's signature guided relaxations to finish, to consolidate all that we’ve learnt, along with any positive changes in your body.
