Yoga Nidra with yoga wisdom immersion
This two-day immersion invites you to experience Yoga Nidra as a practice for deep rest, self-inquiry and engaging with yoga’s timeless teachings.
Through guided practice, group discussions and reflection, we’ll explore how Yoga Nidra can help us connect with and understand ideas from the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads -and consider how this wisdom is useful in our modern lives today.
Yoga Nidra, aka “yogic sleep,” guides you towards a state of deep relaxation while maintaining awareness. In this receptive space, we’ll explore yogic ideas through both study, and - importantly - through personal experience.
Together, we’ll take key teachings, discuss their meaning and weave them into Yoga Nidra practices. The aim is to meet these teachings in a way that feels relevant, embodied and meaningful in everyday life.
