The pain solution: therapeutic yoga for back health

  • Catherine's Place 14 Great George Street Leeds, England, LS1 3DW United Kingdom (map)

Grounded in understanding chronic pain and the therapeutic principles of yoga, this workshop blends accessible education, movement and deep rest to support you to find freedom from pain.

What You’ll Experience

🌬️ Breathe through gentle, evidence-based practices that allow tense pain to release

🧘‍♀️ Mindful movement to release stored holding patterns in the body

💗 Rest and guided relaxation designed to reset your nervous system - the system responsible for pain intensity

🌿 How to integrate simple daily tools to cultivate long-term freedom from pain

the plan

We will start the workshop with a calming, back-health focused slow flow, taking the time to nourish the back, as well as the breath and the mind.
