🪷 The Bliss Layer: That deep sense of peace and joy

You’ll learn how to use these layers to shift your state, whether you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, or just out of sorts. By the end, you’ll have three powerful “routes in” to create more clarity, calm, and connection in your daily life.
